★ JOB SUMMARY
In this role, you will be tasked to produce compelling content for our audience and fans that drive more love and affinity for the brand. You will support the Content Editor/ Creative head in ensuring that the original content slate is brought to life from script to screen. You should be curious, pragmatic, and proactive in equal measure, love dabbling with new technologies, and should ideally have an operational understanding of an OTT media platform.

★ ABOUT THE TEAM
The Content Specials team is the conscious keepers of the brand and is looking for a spirited and enthusiastic individual who brings passion, commitment, and resilience to the job
★ Your Key Responsibilities
1) This role will help carry projects from a creative perspective from pitch/development through to final delivery
2) Work closely with the Editor and external creative team to develop projects and assess for long-term viability
3) Track and evaluate all incoming material (including pitches, spec scripts, books, etc) and provide recommendations for live-action and animation
4) Managing the process and flow of content submission
5) Interfacing with prospective content partners
6) Acting as a liaison with various departments (Content Ops, Marketing, PR, Legal, Product) to coordinate information sharing and address incoming requests
7) Tracking title schedules and key dates for delivery, payments, start dates, options, etc.
8) Conducting market and competitive research
9) Maintaining flexibility and openness to take on additional projects as necessary or assigned
10) Increase the team’s operational efficiency
11) Be the champion of our creative partners through the production process. Develop and foster relationships with a multitude of producing partners/third parties
12) Identify new formats and technologies that help leap storytelling

1) Experience in the long-form narrative, and seeing a project from start to end
2) An understanding of production processes, timelines, and drive to meet on-time deliveries
3) Curiosity and a strong display of initiative
4) People skills, humility, and an ability to collaboratively work with creative folks
5) Attention to detail and solution-oriented approach to work
★ Preferred Education & Experience
1) 5 to 7 years of experience in content creation/curation in traditional or digital media
2) Passion for scripted storytelling
